We all know that Mozart was a musical genius and composed some of the greatest works in classical music.0:20
He began his career at a very young age.0:27

Mozart was born in Salzburg, Austria in 1756.0:33
From early on, young Mozart showed a great talent for music.0:38
At three years old, he could play the piano.0:43
At the age of five, he was composing music.0:47
He published his first piece of music and at the age of seven and wrote his first opera when he was 12.0:50
He was truly a gifted child.0:58
He obviously came from a musical family.1:01
His father, Leopold Mozart, was a minor music composer.1:05
He also played the violin exceptionally well.1:09
Mozart's sister was an accomplished keyboard musician.1:13
Neither Mozart nor his sister went to school as they left home to perform in concerts around Europe.1:17
While on tour, young Mozart learned to play the violin.1:24
When did Mozart establish himself as a composer?1:28
Well, he was always composing music.1:32
Even while on tour in different countries, Mozart never stopped composing.1:35
He composed some of his best operas.1:41
When touring Italy in 1770-1773, he would often compose music in his head and then write the notes down perfectly later without any mistakes.1:43
He was also very talented because he could hear a piece of music only once and then play it.1:57
From the age of 17 until his death at 36, Mozart composed most of his greatest works.2:04
In the last few years of his life, Mozart was not well and remained in his home in Vienna, composing most of the time.2:13
