Well, the book I've really enjoyed reading recently is a crime mystery novel written by Merlin Fraser.0:30
It's actually the first book in the Inner Space Trilogy.0:37
It's called A New Style of Crime Mystery.0:41
So I'm going to give you a few details just to get you interested, but don't worry, I won't give away the ending.0:45
The hero of the story is Detective Inspector Nick Burton, who leads a normal life until his boss and friend, Chief Superintendent Dan Davis, is arrested and charged with murder.0:52
He doesn't want to believe that his boss could be capable of this crime, so he tries to find out the truth.1:05
But meanwhile, Davis dies in prison.1:11
The question is, was he murdered too?1:14
I really recommend this book to all mystery lovers.1:17
The characters are very believable, but also quite complicated, and I really felt that they came to life as the story developed.1:20
I really enjoyed the author's direct, down-to-earth writing style too.1:28
Apparently he used to be an officer in the Navy and has a lot of experience in solving problems, which definitely comes through in his writing.1:33
Personally, I couldn't put this book down.1:42
