Well, we're really excited about the trip.0:34
Usually we go just for a weekend, but we had such a good time last June that we're going for a whole week this year.0:37
Now, there's a fantastic variety of activities at the camp.0:46
There are the old favourites, of course, like horse riding on the beach and caving.0:50
But this year there are some new activities too, like paintballing and zorbing.0:55
Paintballing in the forest is something I used to do when I was at university, so I can't wait to try it again.1:00
In teams, you run through the forest and try to shoot each other with a ball of paint.1:07
It's fun, but if you get hit, it really hurts.1:13

You get inside a huge plastic ball and someone pushes you down a hill.1:22
You have to see it to believe it, but I promise it's fun.1:27
If you prefer to do something more relaxing, though, then there are also yoga classes on the nearby beach and golf.1:31
There's also aqua aerobics in the swimming pool every day.1:38
This is really great for people who don't usually do a lot of exercise.1:43
It's easy, but great for the body.1:47
As for accommodation, well, forget luxury hotels and apartments.1:50
We'll camp in tents in the forest, which is a lot of fun.1:55
